THIS IS ME

Being vulnerable and messy takes courage and that’s the real ‘me’.

I am a recovering overachiever, perfectionist, people-pleaser with controlling tendencies. I am learning the art of patience and I’m overcoming my fear of judgement and rejection one step at a time. My journey to becoming the ‘real’ me and feeling free started with huge cups of self-compassion, self-kindness and acceptance that it is OK (and human) to make mistakes and be imperfect. My journey to discovering who I truly am has allowed me to cultivate empathy, understanding, trust and safety with the courageous humans coaching with me.

Self-Compassion

Show yourself the same compassion you would to a friend because overcoming self-doubt needs a different and kinder narrative.

Acceptance

Cultivate a deep self-awareness and connection to mind, body and intuition to help you understand what is and isn't in your control.

Empowerment

Give yourself permission to be the person you want to be, letting go of the unserving and the heavy load to free up space and energy.

Being courageous to live life differently means embracing vulnerability in uncertainty - emotionally exposed, feeling uncomfortable and not knowing, or being able to control the outcome or if your fears will be realised. But it's worth it. Without vulnerability and discomfort to be playful and go for it - you're stuck being someone else. That's what kills your sense of identity, creativity, motivation, joy and inner-confidence.

My Story

I started coaching because it's my mission

After my divorce, I spent time alone, made my job ‘my everything’ and my identity, and faced a new loneliness during the pandemic.

But in July 2020, a two-week holiday in Barcelona changed everything. I had found joy and freedom and I knew it had to be my new home.

I shipped two boxes, resigned from a Director level position based in London – a job I loved and was good at – to gift myself a six month sabbatical and start a new life of joy.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe in the Power of Courage to Be 'You'

My coaching philosophy is founded in the Power of Courage in two meaningful ways. First, it’s about having the courage to hold up the mirror, look within and truly see ourselves – our fears, our desires, and everything in between.

Then it’s about consistently practising that courage in our daily lives

Testimonials

A journey of self-discovery and reconnection

I’ve supported over 50 clients in over 500 hours of coaching to make breakthroughs in empowering and meaningful ways.

Mehibe’s expertise as a coach meant she asked me some fantastic questions and reflected back to me both my verbal and non-verbal language, enabling me to gain clarity and see the light! I made some life-changing decisions following her coaching and I can’t thank her enough. She’s amazing.

Laura Coach

Mehibe helped guide me through when I was finding my feet in my very first in-house Global Mobility role and suffering from imposter syndrome. It was excellent to be able to talk through and figure out my challenges together and she massively increased my confidence which had a knock on effect on my work.

Sara Global Mobility, UK

Mehibe created a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable expressing my fears and aspirations. Though the coaching sessions, Mehibe has empowered me to make decisions which I would have otherwise not been brave enough to do previously. I cannot recommend Mehibe enough. Her expertise, empathy and knowledge has helped me succeed at whatever task I was undertaking.

I spent a number of years managing complex HR and Global Mobility programmes both in-house as well as running Client Services for EMEA as the Director of EMEA in a large immigration firm – and now I am a Leadership and Mindset Coach providing services in this niche industry.

I have a lot of empathy and understanding of the daily challenges faced by both Global Mobility Managers and Immigration or Relocation leaders.

With my detailed knowledge and experience I am supporting managers at all levels, as well as passionate and driven professionals starting their career in the global mobility world or switching between global mobility and vendor partnership.

Leadership coaching is an incredibly powerful tool for growth, both personally and professionally. It goes beyond just focusing on your leadership skills – it’s about unlocking your full potential, deepening self-awareness, and leading with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.

Imagine having a space that’s just for you – where you can pause, reflect, and acknowledge yourself – gaining clarity on your unique qualities, strengths, blind spots and the impact you want to make in your work. As your coach, I will serve as both a mirror and a guide, helping you see what’s possible while challenging you to step beyond your comfort zone and be vulnerable in uncertainty.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or striving to lead with more influence and purpose, coaching provides the insights, strategies, and accountability to move forward with intention. It’s about becoming the leader you’re truly capable of being – one who inspires, empowers, and drives meaningful change.

At its core, leadership coaching isn’t just about what you do – it’s about who you are as a leader.

Mindset coaching is about transforming the way you think and show up in your life an intentional and conscious way to create the results you truly want. This can be relevant in both your work or personal leadership which impacts how you enjoy your life.

It’s about identifying and shifting the beliefs, habits, and thought patterns that might be holding you back, reframing them with a mindset that fuels courage, focus, resilience to bounce back, and meaningful growth and progress.

It’s helpful to imagine mindset coaching like rewiring your internal operating systems. I will help you to do two fundamental things:

  1. Recognise the unconscious, loud and impactful stories you tell yourself about success, ‘failure’, self-worth, or competence and capacity to do things in your life; and
  2. Challenge you to reframe them in a way that is more realistic, kinder, compassionate and even more empowering so you can acknowledge your self-efficacy and potential.

When you change your mindset, that’s when you can start to change the outcomes in your life. If this is your starting point, and you lead from here – you gain clarity that now challenges or barriers can become opportunities, as well as setbacks become learning. You create your own butterfly effect and feel into your progress and new path, and you can start to enjoy and celebrate your transformation and who you have become.

The cost of coaching varies depending on the coach’s experience, the level of support you’re looking for and the specific programme offered by the coach. But the real question isn’t just about price – it’s about value.

Coaching is not just a financial investment – you invest your time, energy and resources over a long period of time. Coaching is an investment in you – your growth, your identity, your relationship with self and how you want to be seen and heard – both by yourself, and within the communities and the worlds you operate in.

Rather than thinking of coaching as a cost, consider what it’s costing you not to invest in yourself. What’s the price of staying stuck or lost, or even disconnected from your identity or potential? Of self-questioning? Of missing opportunities because you’re not giving yourself permission to expand and be spacious?

My Coaching Journey is designed to ensure you have financial stability – so you can pay in monthly instalments up to 7 months and not feel any additional stress or worry about how to fit it in around other demands and expenses in your life.

Payments start from as little as £300 | €323 | $423 per month and there are special discounts available for people in coaching roles, junior-roles, solo entrepreneurs, between roles, living in LDCs or single parents.

You set the pace and cadence in how often you would like to have your sessions. There are 10 one-hour sessions available and typically clients are working with me 9-12 months in their first journey and about 50% continue in a second phase of 2.0 growth and elevation!

If you’re based in Barcelona you can choose between coming to my office for an in-person session or if you prefer to have it online. Otherwise I am partnering with clients from all over the world, most frequently individuals are based in Europe or the US – so online is more common. If I travel for work, I try to meet clients for an in-person session if it’s feasible, but only if privacy, confidentiality and safety is protected.
